Athens City Tour and Acropolis, 3hrs.

The Acropolis is easily the most popular monument in Athens and we give a very detailed tour including the Erechtheion, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Propylaia, and, of course, the Parthenon.

Located in the center of Athens, Acropolis is on an elevation and is next to the Plaka neighbourhood, just south of the Agora. We wanted to add some of the neighbouring sites as well so that you can see the most important landmarks and sights of the historical center of Athens.

Meeting at the Syntagma station, we’ll start at the House of the Greek Parliament and the Monument to the Unknown Soldier. After we watch the changing of the guards, we’ll enjoy the busy neighbourhood as we make our way to the Acropolis hill.

The Acropolis is  comprised of many buildings and  offers wonderful views over Athens. We will look at how the rock of the Acropolis itself serves as a reference point for the modern development of Athens.
