Florence: Brunelleschi’s Dome Guided Climb & Giotto’s Tower
Climb to the top of Florence on an unforgettable 1-hour journey. Join a small group and an expert local guide to explore Brunelleschi’s Cupola, the crown jewel of Florence Cathedral and a true masterpiece of Renaissance architecture.
With pre-reserved tickets, skip the general line and begin your ascent of the 463 steps. Along the way, stop at key points inside the dome to admire Giorgio Vasari’s dramatic frescoes of the Last Judgment—an extraordinary experience up close.
Learn about the fascinating story of Filippo Brunelleschi, the visionary who built the world’s largest masonry dome without scaffolding, an engineering marvel that continues to awe visitors to this day.
At the top, step onto the panoramic terrace for breathtaking views over Florence—from the iconic red rooftops to the distant Tuscan hills. Your guide will point out key landmarks and offer cultural and historical context to enrich the experience.
After the guided portion ends, use your pre-reserved ticket to climb Giotto’s Bell Tower at your own pace for even more sweeping views of Florence and the surrounding Tuscan hills.
