- This tour will have a maximum of 15 travelers.
- This tour is not suitable for pregnant women, or those suffering from heart conditions, dizziness, or claustrophobia.
- This tour is not suitable for people with mobility impairments and Wheelchair users.
- Children under the age of 7 are not allowed on the Duomo Terraces for safety reasons. Youth ages 7-18 must be accompanied by an adult to climb the Terraces.
- Sandals, sleeveless shirts, and shorts or skirts above the knees are not allowed inside the Cathedral. Please bring a scarf to cover up before entering.
- You may be refused entry if you fail to comply with the cathedral’s dress requirements.
- Please note that backpacks of any size or dimension, and any bag designed to be worn on the back, are not allowed.
- Please kindly consider that unannounced renovation work may occur during the off-season, and crowds are expected during the high season.
- The baptistery is currently undergoing restoration of the vault’s mosaics.

- Please note that access to the Terraces requires climbing 150 steps (no lift) through narrow passages. The height of the Terraces is 30 meters (98 feet).
- Florence can be very warm in the summer. Please be advised that this tour includes portions that are outside and could be in the full sun. Please bring a hat, small umbrella, or sunscreen if you are sensitive to the sun.
- Clients must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour. This is due to the timed entry of the tickets.
- Please be advised that it is not possible to join the tour after it has commenced.
- Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.
