The tour was great! We covered a lot of ground from the David to the river. Our guide, Martina, was amazing and knew so many details. Plus she gave us recommendations on places to go and see. We also climbed the bell tower. Lots of steps but the view is worth it!Rikke RommeOctober 6, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
Det var virkelig en god og vidende guide, meget dygtig til at fortælle om både værkstederne og Firenzes historie. Vi fik mere for pengene end vi havde forventet. Jeg vil klart anbefale turen og guiden til andre.David GallanisSeptember 25, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
Our guide Marco was fantastic! He presented the complex history of the Medici family in an educational story format. Learned the relationship of the family to Michelangelo and his sculptures, which helped round out our understanding of the creation of David. Highly recommend.Pamala&JohnSeptember 24, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
Great tour really enjoyed ourselves, Our guide was friendly and professional and shared a lot of additional knowledge well worth the time. Please note there are delays getting in to see David at academia as a result of the museums new policiesCassie StoberSeptember 24, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
Sarah was extremely informative. She answered questions thoroughly and made the walk very interesting. If you are even slightly interested in the Medici family and their lasting impact on Florence you must book her!T PrimianoSeptember 23, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.

The tour was great. The guide was extremely knowledgeable, and the scope of the tour gave us a good understanding of Florentine history and layout, which gave us the confidence to explore further later in our stay. Highly recommend this tour.Anne MarinoSeptember 18, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
Giada was our guide for the Duomo, the Baptistry and the Accademia Gallery tour. Due to a very heavy rainstorm that morning causing almost all tours to be delayed, we were unable to tour the Duomo. But we were given tickets for "skipping the line" to the Duomo which were good for 3 days. Giada was friendly and welcoming. Her knowledge was so impressive that I learned many facts that I hadn't known though I had visited the Baptistry twice before over a period of 20 years. She was fantastic!! I will recommend Get Your Guide tours to everyone I know. It is well worth the cost though the cost is far from outrageous. The small group tours are the way to go!
