It seems like the trend for train travel is increasing in some European countries as a more sustainable way to travel. For example, at the beginning of June 2023, the French government announced that they would be banning flights between towns that can be reached by train in under two and a half hours. With this new change, railway companies around Europe have been working on making their services more convenient for locals and tourists.
