Duomo Restrictions:
- Please note that helmets, glass items, luggage, or any other potentially dangerous objects aren’t allowed inside. We also suggest avoiding large, bulky bags during your visit.
- You are not allowed to bring in signs, symbols, banners, flags, documents, drawings, or any materials that represent political, ideological, sporting, or religious ideologies inside the Cathedral.
- Guests are kindly asked to dress respectfully to visit the Historical Complex. This includes refraining from wearing bare-backed or low-cut clothing, shorts, miniskirts, and hats inside the Milan Duomo Cathedral.
- Guests are kindly asked to to respect the sacredness of the prayer areas by maintaining silence and not disturbing others.
- Please activate the silent mode on your mobile phones, speak softly, and if available, deposit suitcases, bags, large backpacks, and umbrellas in designated areas.
- The Duomo di Milano may experience unforeseen closures due to liturgical celebrations. In such cases, your guides will provide explanations from outside the cathedral.
- Please note that due to structural limitations, wheelchair access is not available for entry to the Milan Duomo with Terrace.

- Clients must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour. This is due to the timed entry of the tickets.
- Tickets are timed and expire within 5 to 10 minutes.
- Please be advised that it is not possible to join the tour after it has commenced.
